Using the wristband without the app
You can also use the wristband without the app. In the process, keep in mind that the personal data of an
average user is used to determine the calories burned and the distance. As a result, your actual results may
differ from the determined results.
Without the app, your data can only be shown for the current day. The data can only be permanently stored
and displayed once the data has been transferred and uploaded to the website while you are connected to
the Internet.
Without the app, you cannot adjust the factory default targets to your individual goals. The following are set
as factory defaults:

Target steps: 10,000 steps
•
Target distance: 6 km
•
Calorie consumption: 3,000 kilocalories
To set the time, push the reset button
at 12 noon. This will set the time to 12:00.

Activating pulse and workout mode
If you start pulse and workout mode, your current pulse is shown in the display. After 30 seconds, the pulse
measurement ends and the display turns off automatically. In this mode you can also start a workout as
follows:
1.
In order to start the workout with pulse measurement, press and hold the menu button
for
two seconds. In the display “Start?” appears.
2.
Press the menu button, to start the workout. In the display “
START” will flash for three seconds.
Via the app you can select between three preset workout zones (health, fat burn and aerobic)
as well as one user definable workout zone. Furthermore, in the app you can activate a pulse
zone alarm for exceeding or falling below the pulse zone as well as reaching the maximum
pulse.
