8. Admin Privilege
8.1 Route Table
The
Route Table
page displays the routing table and allows you to manually enter a routing
entry. The routing table will display the routing status of Destination, Netmask, Gateway,
and Interface. The interface lo0 indicates the loop back interface; ppp1 indicates the PPP
interface. The Gateway is the learned Gateway

System Default Gateway Configuration:
The system Default Gateway now provides four
options: None, Auto, Select Interface and Specify IP.

None:
This field allows the user to choose to have no Default Gateway in the router.

Auto:
This field allows the user to select the router to automatically decide the
Default Gateway. (System Default)
•
Select Interface
: This field allows user to select a Network Interface from a list. This
option lets the user to associate the system default gateway to a network interface,
static or dynamic, and provides a way to fix the Default Gateway to a dynamic
Network Interface before the interface is established.

Specify IP
: This field allows user to manually enter a Default Gateway IP
