Once the machine has been switched on, it will

The DMX signal
appears to be

Damaged/defective cables
Check and replace the DMX cables if necessary.
Power interference on the
DMX signal
Avoid connecting signal cables parallel to power
cables.
DMX terminator is missing
Close the DMX circle with a DMX terminator.
Signal loss or interference in
the DMX circle
Close the DMX circle with a terminator or connect
a booster after maximum 32 fixtures.
Fluid sprays out of
smoke machine output
nozzle
Incorrect type of fluid
Make sure you are using the correct type of
smoke fluid for this machine. Other fluid types
may produce spatters.
Heating element or thermal
component is not functioning
If the heating element or other internal component
is not functioning (properly), this can cause the
output nozzle to spray fluid. If you are unsure
whether the machine is functioning properly,
switch it off completely and contact your dealer
for information and/or advice.
The wireless remote
control does not work
Receiver is not plugged in
Make sure the wireless remote control receiver is
connected correctly.
Remote control battery is
empty
If the battery of the remote control is empty, be
sure to replace it with one of the same
model/type.
Smoke machine is out of
range
If the distance between the remote and receiver is
too great, the remote will not work. Try controlling
the machine with the remote from a closer
distance, if possible, ensure the path between the
receiver and the transmitter is unobstructed, and
make sure the antenna is fully extended.
