Signal loss or interference in the 
DMX circle

Close the DMX circle with a 
terminator or connect a booster 
after maximum 32 fixtures.

The device is not reacting to DMX 
commands

Incorrect DMX channel mode

Check if the device is set to the 
correct DMX channel mode

The pan and tilt values do not 
react to DMX commands

Pan/tilt inversion is activated

Check if pan/tilt inversion is 
activated in the menu

The operation mode can not be 
changed

The device is in Slave mode

If the device is in Slave mode, it 
will wait for a master signal unless 
there is a DMX signal present. Set 
the device to Master to activate the
sound-controlled or automated 
operation modes.
