This is a 4-pin (pitch=1.25mm) wafer connector which is compliant with Molex
530470410 for USB 2.0 interface.

The CN6 is a 2-pin (pitch=1.5mm) wafer connector which is compliant with JST
B2B-ZH-K-S for fan power interface.
