Maintenance
The menu entry
Maintenance
enables software updates, changing the IP address, changing the password,
restarting the module and erasing service data.
Important:
If you stay on the maintenance page for more than 2.5 minutes, an automatic logout will occur and
you will have to repeat the login procedure.
3.6.1.
Updating firmware/software
New software for the interface can be installed under
Software File
.
Software updates are available at | Download.
The module will be automatically rebooted after an update. The setted parameters will not be lost after an
update.
Firmware can only be updated at the factory.
3.6.2.
Changing the IP address
The IP address, Netmask and the Gateway can be changed in the menu
Maintenance > System Options
. The
SAVE CHANGES
button confirms and saves the changes.
When the IP address has been changed, the device will boot automatically and the new IP address will be entered
in the web browser. When completed, the enter password dialog will be displayed.
