Front Control Buttons and their Functions
No. Control Buttons Description
1 Power LED State
Red: Display is in stand-by mode (backlight is off)
Green: Display is on (backlight is on)
Red/Green alternating: When display is shutting down
Red/Green alternating: When Freeze or Blank is enabled

Ambient Light Sensor Measures visible ambient light
3 Power
Press the button a notification will appear asking to turn off.
Press the button again to confirm turn off the display

Source Source switching and preview.
5 Menu Displays menu options.
6 Home Access to the UiQ Home screen
7 Volume -
Short press to reduce one level of volume;
Long press, continue to reduce the volume

Short press to increase one level of volume;
Long press, continue to increase the volume

Freeze
Push "Freeze" once the infrared touch is closed and the screen is
frozen. There is a Freeze symbol on the upper right.
Release mode: press the front “Freeze“ button to release, or press the
“Freeze” on the remote control to release.
Note:
only physical keys (front, remote control) can be activated and cancelled

Blank Turn off the backlight (listening only)
