Standards

Select the “Adjust radio channel settings” option.

Select the desired standard in the “WLAN Standard” list.

•

In order to communicate with each other, the FRITZ!Box
and all WLAN adapters must work in the same frequency
band.

•

The standard you configure in the FRITZ!Box must be
compatible with the standards of all WLAN adapters
used in the WLAN.

Make a note of which standards the WLAN adapters in your
network are compatible with and then adjust the FRITZ!Box
settings according to the following information:

Your radio network integrates only WLAN adapters that
are compatible with one or both of the following stan-
dards:

802.11n

802.11g

Set the following mode in the FRITZ!Box:

Mode: 802.11n+g

The 2.4-GHz frequency band will be used.
