Laptop is frozen or a serious error appears

• 

If the Laptop is frozen or suspended, you may need to close the application or refresh 
your Laptop.

• 

If the Laptop is frozen or slow to respond, press and hold the power button for 
several seconds and follow the on-screen instructions to force SHUT DOWN the unit, 
then press the power button to turn on your Laptop again.
