Force able and output HDCP 1.4.
[xx]=00~05,
xx=01~04 is the number of output
port,
05 represents HDMI loopout
of third output. if the xx =00, it
means all output ports.
OUT 01 HDCP ON!
HDCP[xx]OFF.
Force disable the output HDCP.
[xx]=00~05,
