Note: The range of N is from 0x01 to 0x11.
Note: The range of Input Number is from 0x00 to 0x11. 0 means INPUT 1, 1 means INPUT 2, 0x11
means closing output.

Tie the input channel 8 to the output channel 1, the input channel 17 to the output
channel 2 and close the output channel 3.

output to the internal test signal.
