Disconnect the air supply.

•

Remove any nose assembly items.

•

Remove retaining nut

and all

elements of the stem collector (items

). Note that

‘O’ ring

remains.

•

Replace the above with a safety cap as

shown in drawing opposite.

•

Unscrew jaw spreader housing

and

remove with ‘O’ ring

, locknut

, ‘O’

rings

and

, and seal housing

•

Screw stop nut 71210-20202 onto the

front of head piston

as far as it will go

by hand.

•

Re-fit jaw spreader housing

and ‘O’ ring

•

Unscrew the stop nut until it locks

against jaw spreader housing

and

tighten with spanner.

The tool is now ready to be fitted with a

swivel head. Instructions are on page 15.
