When you remove a cooling module, allow time for the fans to spin down before you fully
withdraw the cooling module. Be careful to keep your fingers out of the fan blades.

2. Grasp the handle and slide the module out of the chassis until it is partially removed, as

shown in the following figure. Allow time for the fans to spin down.

3. Continue to slide the module out of the chassis and use your free hand to support the weight

at the rear of the module.
