ABOUT CONFERENCE CALLS
Use conference calls to speak with up to 10 people in different locations on the same line.
Additional conferencing options may be available through Expanded Meet-Me Conferencing.
Setting up a conference call
1.
Scroll to the active call you want to conference. If it’s on hold, press the
Resume
soft key
2.
Press the
Options
soft button
3.
Select
Conference
from the Options menu. A new call appearance will be created, and you will
hear dial tone.
4.
Dial the telephone number, or call the person using the Contacts or Call Log list.
5.
Press the
Join
soft button to add the person to the existing call.
Depending upon how your telephone is administered, you may not have to press Join to add the
person to the conference call.
