For the deuterium bulb replacement please follow step 8 - 11.
For the halogen bulb replacement please follow step 12 - 16.
8.
Remove the 2 screws securing the metal ring around the deuterium lamp.
9.
Take out the deuterium lamp,
caution: lamp may be hot.
10.
Fit a new deuterium lamp, caution: do not touch the lamp glass with your bare fingers.
11.
Replace the metal ring and replace the 2 screws to secure the deuterium lamp.
12.
Remove the 2 screws of the halogen lamp fitting.
13.
Take out the halogen lamp fitting.
14.
Replace the halogen bulb with new 5W bulb, caution: do not touch the lamp glass with your
bare fingers.
15.
Replace the halogen lamp fitting.
16.
Replace the 2 screws to secure the halogen lamp fitting.
17.
Slide back the front panel into the housing, take care of wires not getting pinched.
18.
Turn the light source housing top-up and re-connect the deuterium power connector and
switch connector.
19.
Replace the top cover.
20.
Replace the 4 screws to secure the top cover.
21.
Replace the side covers.
