Troubleshooting
TROUBLE
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
Attachment cannot be
installed into mixer hub.
Hub’s shaft is in let-in position.
Rotate mixer’s shaft slowly until
insert could be done.
Mounted unit rattles when
under power.
Thumbscrew or securing
mechanism missing or loose.
Tighten or replace thumbscrew.
Auger scrapes inside the
chamber head.
Auger is not positioned well.
Adjust position and add oil onto
the auger surface.
CAUTION: Review all safety notes and disconnect the electrical power supply
to the equipment before attempting corrective measures .
