Loading Grinder Attachment onto Hub
1. Before mounting the unit, make sure that the power source equipment is turned off.
2. Carefully lift the assembled unit and insert the square milled shaft end into the hub while turning the unit
to engage the square end on the shaft with the square hole in the adapter (Fig. 9).
3. Slide the unit forward and push the unit fully forward on to the hub. Tighten the thumbscrew to secure the
unit to the hub (Fig. 10).
4. The grinder attachment is now ready to process product (Fig. 11).

4. Lift the retainer ring and spin it onto the chamber head clockwise to tighten (Fig. 6 & 7).
5. Lift the food pan and insert it onto the chamber head’s top (Fig. 8).
6. The grinder attachment is now ready to be loaded to the power source equipment.
