Assembly
1. Install the rubber seal on the lid
2. Put the measuring cup in the lid
3. Cover the lid on the glass jub
4. Mount the glass jug to the machine body. The white triangle under the jug handle should be
aligned with the white triangle on the machine body.
Caution: Ensure the dots line up and do not force the jug on
Operation
Soup Maker Function
In order to make soup first consult a recipe book and adjust as necessary to suit the machine
The recommended proportion of water and solid ingredients is 5:3
– Water (500-875g), Solid
Ingredients (300-525g), Potato (No more than 300g).
The total capacity should be no more than 1.4L (1400g)
1. Pour some oil into the jar (oil must be more than 20g)
2. Add chopped onions
3. Cover the lid on the glass jar
4. Press power button
5. Set the heating time by pressing the
“+” button. Set it to 1 minute
6. Press
“High” button to fry onion
7. Turn the machine off after frying then open the lid
8. Add food (water or broth). Potatos should be less than 300 grams.
9. Cover the lid on the glass jar
10. Press the power button again and set heating time. Generally around 30 minutes
11. Press the
“High” button
12. After heating, turn the knob to
“3” location to blend the ingredients for around 1 minute.
13. Adjust the heating time based on your desire for a chunky or smooth soup. To make it
smoother you can heat for another 20 minutes on
“Low”
