2.2 Installing the CPU

Perform the following steps to install the CPU:

Note:

Before installing the CPU, ensure that the surface of the CPU is clean and the

pins are not bent.

1. Press the lever and slide it out of the hook.

2. Lift to open the socket cover.

3. Install the CPU making sure the gold triangle is located in the correct direction.
