To use the simmer cooking mode, press the Simmer button so that the indicator light to
the right of it lights up.

Note:

The display shows the default power of 1800W. To adjust the power

manually, press the + or – buttons on either side of the On/Off button. There are 8
power levels available for selection: 400W, 600W, 800W, 1000W, 1200W, 1400W,
1600W and 1800W.

To cancel the chosen cooking mode at any time, press the On/Off button, or select
another cooking mode by pressing its corresponding button.

4.

To set the cooking time, press the Timer button so that the indicator light to the right of it lights
up.

Note:

The display shows the default cooking time of 30 minutes. To adjust the time

manually, press the + or – buttons on either side of the On/Off button. Press the + button
once to increase the time by one minute, and the - button to increase the time by one hour.

The cooking time can be adjusted from 0 minutes to 2 hours and 59 minutes.

5.

Upon setting the cooking time, press the Timer button to set the time, or wait until the display
stops flashing and the ceramic plate starts heating up.

6.

When the timer beeps, the Induction Cooktop is done cooking. Induction Cooktop will revert to
standby mode automatically when the timer reaches zero.

7.

Once you’re done cooking, clean the Induction Cooktop thoroughly, so it will be ready for the
next time you need to use it.

Child Lock Function

Your Induction Cooktop is equipped with a child lock function to prevent children from accidentally
switching on the appliance or changing the cooking settings when in use.

1.

To enable the child lock function, press and hold the Child Lock button until the light above the
button turns on.

The Induction Cooktop will now respond only to the On/Off button. Any changes to
power level, temperature or the timer will be ineffective.

2.

The child lock function can be enabled both while the Induction Cooktop is on, and when it is in
standby mode.

3.

To switch off the child lock function, press and hold the Child Lock button for at least 3 seconds,
or until the indicator light above it goes out.
