8. Use the “T” button you
can set the massage
time from 10-60 minutes.
The time remaining is
automatically counted
down. Then the unit will
automatically turn off af

ter time is finished.
NOTE: It is recommend

ed that each area should
not use this device for
more than 30 minutes at
a time. Stop using it if the
pain is relieved.
9. Long press the “T” button for 10 seconds, if all
the icons on the screen stop flashing, then you
can adjust the backlight brightness (low, medium,
and highlight) with the “+” button and adjust the
backlight duration (10s/30s/60s) with the “-” but
-
ton (the backlight duration will be displayed on
the top left of the screen). The screen will return
to the original interface after 3 seconds of no op-
eration.
