indicator, which informs user about heater run-time errors and heater’s status

Troubleshooting
If a run-time error occurs, RCP informs user by built-in and additional LEDs
blinking about the error code. The number of flashes corresponds to the error code.
See table 5 for the codes description and possible solutions.
