Question: Do I have to charge the battery when I’m not using it?

Answer: For proper use and maintenance of the battery, read the battery section of

this manual.

Question: What should I do when I’m not going to use the bike for a long time?

Answer: It is recommended to charge the battery to 70-80% before storing it for

an extended period. Likewise, it is recommended to check the charge level of the

battery every three months.

Question: Why is the range reduced when there is frost or very cold weather?

Answer: Because below freezing the performance of the battery deteriorates. This

factor does not pose any problem or damage the battery, it just prevents you from

fully discharging the battery reducing the range of the bicycle.

Question: Can I buy a spare battery?

Answer: Yes, extra batteries are available from Ital E-Bike retailers. If you need

greater range and not do not have the possibility of recharging the battery

between the two trips, it is recommended to buy a spare battery.

Question: I can use the battery from another electric bicycle?

Answer: Yes, provided that the battery is produced for another Ital E-Bike. Batteries

from other e-bikes are not compatible .

Question: Can I make copies of the keys to lock the battery?

Answer: Yes, it is a flat key. Just ask your Ital E-Bike dealer for the key blank and have

it copied at any hardware store.

Question: Do I have to wear a helmet?

Answer: The wearing of helmets for cycling, depends on the laws of each country. In

any case, for safety reasons, we recommend the use of helmets.

Question: Do I have to have insurance for third party

liability?

Answer: Insurance is not mandatory, it is only

recommended.

Question: Is there a minimum age for use of the Ital E-Bike?

Answer: Children are not permitted to ride the Ital E-Bike
