ABOUT THE FIRMWARE:

Where is the firmware?

There are two firmwares in the TeamStream system that need to be upgraded: the TS-100’s firmware and the
“Launcher” firmware. They are stored in the base unit, and manually transferred to different devices to run.



TS-100’s firmware: This firmware is stored in the receiver / base unit.



”Launcher” firmware: This is the PC / laptop’s client software version, which is stored in the base unit. It can
be downloaded on your PC and manually transferred by a USB stick, or by downloading from the device’s
Wi-Fi page.

How can I check the current firmware version?

TS-100’s firmware:
The TS-100’s firmware version can be visible in the "Setting icon"---"About Device"---"Software version", as
shown below:

Steps:
1.

Connect a mouse to eight USB port of TS-100, and click the setting button on right top corner, as shown
below:

2.

Click the menu “About Device”, to check the item “Software version”. For example, the 2.2.3C.A1027 is the
firmware version number of TS-100.
