Troubleshooting

Please read the readme file located on your Vcom V90 PCI modem installation CD. It
contains the latest information and known issues regarding your Vcom V90 PCI modem
card.

Before checking anything else, check the following:

•

All your connections are good (cables, card, etc.)

•

No other modem cards are installed in your computer

•

No conflicts with your modem.

You might also try uninstalling and reinstalling your modem.

If the solutions provided here don’t answer your questions consult the online help for
more information. See Accessing the Online Help” on page 14.
