Automatic Call Acceptance
Automatic call acceptance facilitates headset operation at call centers or on hotlines. An
incoming call is automatically accepted after a configured amount of time. Call acceptance is
signalled by an attention tone.

Call Deblocker (Incoming) – VIP Numbers
If you would still like to allow specific people to call you despite enabling the do-not-disturb
function, the external telephone numbers (VIP numbers) of these people can be assigned a call
deblocker for incoming calls in the PBX. The call deblocker which applies to all subscribers can
be enabled on your own telephone as needed. If the call deblocker is enabled, the do-not-
disturb function does not apply to callers who use one of the VIP numbers.
Call Forwarding
Call forwarding allows calls to be forwarded. When this is done, a difference is made between
calls to a specific telephone (call forwarding for subscribers), to groups (call forwarding for
groups) and to connections (call forwarding for external telephone numbers).
