Getting Started

Unlocking Your Phone

Follow these steps to unlock your phone:

To turn the phone on, press and hold

When lock icon appears on the display, press

(

Unlock

) then

enter your 4-digit password to unlock your phone.

Tip:

If you can’t recall your lock code, try using the last four digits of either your
Social Security number or Phone Number or try 0000. If none of these work,
call your service provider.
