Using the product
Listening to music
The product has a Bluetooth communication mode and music player mode.
Bluetooth
communication mode
Connect the product and Bluetooth device and play back music from the Bluetooth device.
• To connect for the first time, pair the product and your device by Bluetooth wireless
technology. If you have already paired the product and your Bluetooth device, turn on
the Bluetooth device’s Bluetooth connection and turn on the product.
• Use your Bluetooth device to start playback, referring to the device’s user manual as
necessary.
Music player mode
Transfer music files to the product’s internal memory and play back music with only the
product.
Power supply/control button
Press
Plays or pauses music. *¹
Press (twice)
In Bluetooth communication mode, activates the connected device’s speech recognition feature (such
as Siri for compatible iOS devices) depending on the device.
In music player mode, changes the playback mode (Repeat all/Shuffle/Repeat track).
Volume buttons

Press
Increases the volume by 1 level. *²
Press and hold
(for about 2 second)
Plays the next track. *¹

Decreases the volume by 1 level. *²
Press and hold
(for about 2 second)
Plays the previous track. *¹
*1 Some controls may not be available for music playback on some devices.
*2 A confirmation tone is heard when the volume is at the maximum or minimum level.
• The volume control of some devices may not work well with the product.
