Obtain an IP address for ATW‒R6200 S automatically
(Note) If you want to automatically assign IP addresses, you should set Auto IP on the ATW‒
R6200 S.
(Note) Auto IP for ATW‒R6200 S refers to DHCP client as it is generally called in a
network.
(1) Set [IP Select] of [Network] to [AutoIP].
1) From the main menu, turn the control dial to select [Network] and press the
control dial.
2) Select [IP Select] and press the control dial.
3) Select [AutoIP] and press the control dial.
4) Setting Auto IP address completes. After finishing all the settings for the network,
restart the ATW‒R6200 S.
Setting the IP address for ATW‒R6200 S as a static IP address
Set the IP address so that it does not conflict with the assigned range for the configured
DHCP server.
(1) Set [IP Select] of [Network] to [STATIC].
