PHONE CALLS
Hold the telephone receiver somewhat
higher than usual during phone calls.
The receiver must point towards the
hearing system. Turn the telephone
receiver slightly, so that the ear is not
completely covered by the telephone
receiver.
AUDIO INDUCTION LOOP SYSTEMS (MOOD G2 AND SUN)
Some telephones and public institutions use an induction loop or
an audio induction loop system to transmit the desired audio sig-
nal (music and speech). Your hearing systems allow you to receive
this signal directly, without environmental interference.
The presence of audio induction loop systems is
normally indicated through signs or symbols.
Ask your hearing system specialist to set up a tele-
phone coil program.
Switch to this telephone coil program when you
wish to receive a pure audio signal.
You can determine whether a telephone coil program has been set
up for your hearing system in the chapter “Configuration of your
hearing systems”.
TELEPHONE COIL PROGRAM AND REMOTE CONTROL
NOTE
Systems with wireless connections: The remote control may
cause a pulsing sound when the telephone coil program is
active.
Keep the remote control at least
10
cm away from the hear-
ing system.
