2.3
Cautions & Warnings
2.3.1 All audio connections to the RCD should be shielded and properly
grounded at the source. Perform a pin-to-pin check to confirm that all
wires terminate in their proper location. It is important to do a power and
ground check on the pin connections. Ensure that power and ground are
applied only where required.
2.3.2 DO NOT connect or disconnect the unit while power is applied.
2.3.3 DO NOT remove any factory-installed screws. Damage to the unit may
result and void any warranties.
2.3.4 DO NOT load three (3) inch CDs into the unit. While attempting to load
a 3 inch CD with adapter into the unit, the adapter might separate from the
CD and damage the unit or become lodged inside.
2.3.5 DO NOT use dirty CDs or CDs colored on the data side. If you try to
play CDs that are colored on the recorded side (opposite the label), or CDs
that are dirty, they may fail to slide in or out. Also, do not put tape on
CDs and attempt to insert into the unit. This could cause failure or
damage to the unit.
