Under the Pro Setup tab, there
are six sub-tabs which are in
order according to THX setup
suggestions.
The 1-Speaker tab permits you
to determine the size of the
speakers. For the subwoofer,
you can determine if one ex-
ists in your system and also set
the Crossover Frequency
point.
Under 2-Levels, you can set
the balance levels using an
SPL meter. Here you can en-
gage the Cinema Reference
Mach II’s internal pink-noise
generator to facilitate this
setup.
Once setup is completed, you
can also Store the Balance
Preset in one of the four Bal-
ance Presets by simply press-
ing the Balance Store number.
The 3-Delay sub-tab permits
you to set the delays for each
channel. ADA reminds you to
keep at least one speaker set
to 0 as this is the speaker that
is the greatest distance from
the seating area.
All speakers that are closer to
the seating area should have
their delays set accordingly.
