The rechargeable battery capacity of AKJ780A is upgradeable to 48 AHr. To upgrade the rechargeable battery
capacity, open the cover of the rechargeable battery compartment. Remove the wood block between two
rechargeable batteries and insert two rechargeable batteries of the same size to where the wood block was at.
NOTE 1: To replace the rechargeable batteries, make and secure the connection outside of the battery compartment
first and then insert the connected rechargeable batteries into the compartment.
NOTE 2: Four pieces of extension cables will come with the upgrade batteries. The colors of these cables are: red,
black, yellow and blue. Each cable has three connectors. For the red extension cable, one connector matching the
original “RED” connector is to be connected to the “RED” connector. The other two connectors are to be connected
to the “+” poles of the first and third rechargeable batteries. The third rechargeable battery is the one next to the
first rechargeable battery. The black extension cable is applied to the “-“ poles of the first and the third rechargeable
batteries. The yellow extension cable is applied to the
“+“
poles of
the second and the fourth rechargeable
batteries. The blue extension cable is applied to the “-“ poles of the second and the fourth rechargeable batteries
