6.5 Care instructions

Do not use a damp cloth to clean your hearing aids. Always use a

soft, dry cloth.

The ear adapter pieces and the flexible

plastic tubing attached to them must

be detached from the ear hook before

cleaning. Only use recommended

products for cleaning the ear adapter

pieces.

In the case of hearing aids with a thin

sound tube the screwed connection

between the tube and device can be

separated. The dome is removed for

cleaning.
