6. Dealing with problems
Audio source cannot be connected
Some Bluetooth-enabled devices feature separate options for
sending and receiving Bluetooth signals. Please make sure that
the audio source you wish to connect is sending signals. For fur-
ther instructions see user manual of the device.
One or both hearing aids don’t stream transmitted signals
Optimize the transmission strength between the hearing
aid(s) and the multistreamer by adjusting the fixation ring
of the loop antenna to shorten the antenna. multistreamer
must be within reach of 50 cm to operate properly.
The remote control and hearing aid communicate via mag-
netic waves. As a result, the manner in which the remote
control is aimed at the hearing aid will produce variances in
reception.For optimal transmission place the loop antenna
around your neck and let the multistreamer hang face down.
If a connection is interrupted press button three to recon-
nect.
Set side selection button to R+L when activating program
button three.
Playback is distorted
A high volume level of the audio source may result in a distorted
playback on the hearing aids. Please lower the volume of the au-
dio source. You can also lower the volume of your hearing aids by
using the multistreamer.
