You can use address book entries to make a call or send a mail
message easily.

On the address book list screen, select the contact.
Tap image (face) on the address book list screen (newly arrived
order).
The address book detail screen is displayed.

When calling/sending to a phone number

Select the desired phone number on the address
book detail screen.

Adding an Address Book Entry
• Tap to display the entry items which are not displayed.
• On the address book edit screen, tap / to add/delete the item.
• If the phone number is for a fixed-line phone, enter the phone number
starting with the area code.
• If you save multiple phone numbers/mail addresses, on the address book
edit screen, tap
to change it to so that you can set a phone number/
mail address for usual use.
• Depending on an item, you can change its type. Tap the icon displayed on
the left of the item and select a type. By tapping
Custom
when you change
the type, you can save the entered string as a type.
• For the chat address type, set the application which is activated when the
operation (on the address book detail screen, tap
) is executed.
• If you save the name in the following characters, it is displayed in order of
name, and family name on the address book.

Half-width alphanumeric including alphabet only for name and family
name

Half-width alphanumeric including alphabet only for family name/Kanji or
half-width alphanumeric including Kanji only for name

Call to the selected phone number.
Edit and call Display the selected phone number in the
phone number entry screen to make a call.
Send push tone Send Dual Tone Multi Frequency to the
receiver.
Create mail Create a C-mail message using the selected
phone number as an address.
Call added
special number Add the specific number to the selected
phone number.
