Green-Normal, Red-Fault

Normal when the green LED is on. (When the -12 dBm LED is on, the input optical
power is 0 to -12 dBm; When the 0 dBm LED is on, the input optical power is 0 to +2 dBm; Recommended
optical input 0 to -10 dBm).
