Warranty / repairs / maintenance
Rented phones
If your phone is not working properly, please let the fault repair service know. (Tel.175). Repair

and fault are free of charge
Bought phones
Repairs are conducted free of charge in accordance with the conditions on the warranty
certificate

. If repairs are required, you will need to return the phone to the place where you
bought it. If you call the fault repair service (even if during the warranty period), you will be
charged for the fault to be fixed (a callout fee will be charged, plus a rate for the time spent
fixing the fault). After the warranty has expired, you will also be liable for the cost of any
materials used.
Batteries
Batteries are considered to be consumables and are not covered by the warranty. Faulty batteries
will not be replaced free of charge. This applies to both rented and bought phones.

Damage to cables, labels, batteries, etc. due to normal wear and tear is not covered. Neither is
damage due to improper use (such as being dropped or exposed to liquids) or damage due to
lightning.
