B.  ClEANING OF ACCESSORIES

Clean accessories with a soft brush (cloth) and soap and water 

as required.

CAuTION

Dry thorougly each item before replacing into the storage 

case.

4.3.3.  PREPARING FOR EXTENDED STORAGE

To prepare the OTS for extended storage, perform the following:

1.  Check the monocular for serviceability as outlined in item 

4.1 of this manual.

2.  Remove the batteries.
3.  Clean the monocular and accessories.
4.  Replace all items in the case.

4.3.4. hEADmOuNT mAINTENANCE

A.  REmOVAl AND INSTAllATION OF BROWPAD 

1. 

Remove old browpad (Figure 4-1) by grasping the headband.

2. 

Replace the browpad by gently pressing on the new brow

-

pad and smoothing out any wrinkles in new browpad.
