Problem
Strange Tasting Water
You may need to replace the filters, check your •
maintenance records.
If the machine has been left running for more than two
•
weeks without dispensing water, the tanks may need
to be cleaned. Pages (24-27).
Slow or no water production
If temperature and humidity drop below appropriate
levels, your Dewpointe will produce water at a slower
rate. The minimum environmental requirements to run
the Dewpointe are 35% humidity and 60º F. Check
the temperature of your condensing coils by holding
down the Cool button until you hear a beep. The coil
temperature will be displayed in the Humidity display in
Celsius. If the coil temperature is too high, there may be
a problem with your compressor.
NOTE: The ‘F’ stands for Function, not Fahrenheit.
The Dewpointe can be connected to a municipal
water source through the auxiliary water input if
water production is not meeting your needs. Contact
Customer Service for more information and instruction.
