The AT91CAP9-STK microcontroller core block implements the necessary digital-system core functions.

It's composed of the following elements:

One 32-bit-ARM9

AT91CAP9 microcontroller core and its power supplies (see below).

One 1.8V, 512 Mbytes, 8-bit NAND Flash,

One 1.8V, 64 Mbytes, 32-bit SDRAM Application Volatile Memory

One optional 3.3V DataFlash

memory from 512 Kbytes to 8 Mbytes

One Debug and JTAG Test unit (
