2.4.1

Windows Drivers

No specific mass storage driver installation is requested when using Windows 2000

™

,

Windows ME

™

, and Windows XP

™

. Each system loads the generic mass storage driver

when plugging the development board to the PC.
As no generic driver is available under Windows 98SE



system, Atmel has developed

its own mass storage driver to support this operating system. This driver is based on 3
files: atusbms.sys, atusbpdr.pdr and atusbms.inf. Install information is provided in
readme.txt file under usb_ms_drv directory.

Linux Drivers

Install information for linux is provided in readme_linux.pdf file under usb_ms_drv
directory.
