Troubleshooting

1. When I switch to Output 7 it is also switching Output 8.

By default, Output 8 mirrors Output 7, and Output 10 mirrors Output 9. These settings can

be changed in the Web GUI.

2. I am unable to reach the Web GUI of the 88 and the IP address reads 192.168.0.150.

The UHD-PRO3-88M is set to DHCP by default. If the unit is not receiving a DHCP address

from the router, then it will use an IP address of 192.168.0.150. Check your setup to verify

the connection to the network, as well as the router’s DHCP addressing.

3. I am unable to get a 4K Blu-ray player to output a 4K signal.

Make sure that the input, to which the Blu-ray player is connected, is using one of the

internal 4K EDID settings. The EDID can be assigned using the front panel buttons or

in Web GUI. Refer to the User Manual for more information.

4. When I raise or lower the volume of the zone, the TV audio is not affected.

The volume control only raises, lowers, and mutes the analog audio outputs for each zone.
