3.1 Description of the unit
Front side of the unit:
• Control panel

and cooling performance.
• Air inlet opening

Connection set (Example: SUNTEST CPS / CPS+):
• The connection set

is used to connect the SunCool TM
to the SUNTEST weathering unit. For each SUNTEST
version, a unit-specific connection set is available (see
section 2.2, "Optional equipment").
Connection line and dummy plug:
• If the SunCool TM is operated in connection with a SUN-
TEST CPS+ or XLS+, the chiller is controlled by the
program control of the weathering unit. For this purpo-
se, the two units are interconnected with the connec-
tion line

• If the SunCool TM is operated in connection with a SUN-
TEST CPS or XLS (without program control), a dummy
plug

is used for the SunCool TM instead of the con-
nection line.
