7.7 Checks Without Load
During this procedure, observe all operating components and
check for proper installation and adjustment. DO NOT attempt
to raise vehicle until a thorough operation check has been
completed.
Carry out two or three complete cycles of lowering and lifting and check:
• The safety devices for proper operation.
• Proper oil level in the tank.
• No leakage and blow-by in hydraulic line.
• Cylinder for proper operation.
7.8 Checks With Load
WARNING: please follow carefully the instructions in the
coming paragraph for avoiding damages on the lift.
Carry out two or three complete cycles of lowering and lifting and check:
• Repeat the 7.7 section.
• Check no strange noise during lifting and lowering.
