9 Fault diagnostic

Depending on whether the fault is on the outdoor unit or

the hydraulic module, the fault may be advised by the

digital display or the LED on the interface boards.

Before carrying out any work, ensure that the general electrical power supply is switched off.

Antifreeze protection is not provided when the heat pump is not powered up.

9 .1 Fault display on the hydraulic module

The faults or breakdowns of the hydraulic module are

advised on the display unit of the user interface.

The light comes on during an operating anomaly.
The display shows the

symbol.

Press the

button to obtain the details of the origin

of the fault

When the error is resolved, the faults are reset

automatically.
The appliance may stop and restart automatically when

the problem disappears.

Maintenance code

Code 22 indicates a low hydraulic pressure between

0.8 and 0.5 bar. Add water until the hydraulic system

pressure reaches 1.5 bar.

Safety mechanism

Certain anomalies will cause the boiler's safety

mechanism to switch on (error codes 78, 128 and 133).

In this case, reset the boiler by pressing the red button

on the side of the control panel (see

figure 63

Note:
An anomaly on the outdoor unit may case an error

signal (the "Err" light comes on).
In this case:

the domestic hot water will be produced,

the heating will be stopped.

Alert the heating engineer
