Situation Solution
Backup time The battery backup time (sometime called battery reserve
time or battery autonomy) is the length of time the battery
will supply power to the load during a power failure. You can
check on the Appendix Backup Time .

How often do I have
to change battery?
Atlantis recommends to replace the batteries after 12-18
months.

Situation Solution
How to install the
Software. Once started the UPS you can connect it to PC through USB
cable. At this time the SO detects and installs automatically
all drivers. Now you can install ViewPower on the PC.
PC doesn’t find the
UPS.
1. Check if the cable is properly connected
2. Use the original cable
3. Verify Your IP and please change if You are using
192.168.5.x subnet.
A.1.4 Operation/Storage
The UPS system contains no user-serviceable parts. If the battery service life (3~5
years at 25°C ambient temperature) has been exceeded, the batteries must be
replaced. In this case, please contact your dealer.
Be sure to deliver the
spent battery to a
recycling facility or ship it
to your dealer in the
replacement battery
packing material.
