10.3. Installation settings.

Date and time
Set the day and confirm. Proceed in the same way for the month, the year, the hour and the minutes.

Operating ranges
This setting defines the authorised start-up ranges for the heat pump, the electric back-up and, if present, the
hydraulic back-up, based on the hot water requirements:
Start-up at any time of the day,
Start-up
only within the programmed period.
1st range duration: 4 hours < time < 14 hours;
Total duration of the 2 ranges: 8 hours minimum and 14 hours maximum.

Connectivity
The water heater is compatible with the Cozytouch offer and with bridges using the iO-homecontrol®
protocol. The accessories that are required are: an Internet access box, the Cozytouch bridge (optional) and
the Cozytouch application which is free to download.
The Cozytouch app lets you control your water heater using your smartphone or tablet. Connect to the
application by following its instructions.

Can be set to French, English, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian and Polish.

The settings are accessible in INSTALLER MODE
Hold down the MENU button and turn the dial a half turn to the right.
To exit the installer mode, proceed in the same way or wait 10 minutes.

Air ducts (aeraulic operation):
This setting defines the type of aeraulic connection made:
Suction and discharge not connected to air ducts (ambient air)
Suction and discharge connected to air ducts (ducted air)
Discharge connected to an air duct (semi-ducted)

Installation (for products with coil):
The internal heat exchanger is not used
The internal heat exchanger is connected to a boiler controlled by the product
The internal heat exchanger is connected to a solar system
In "Boiler backup", you are next asked to define a preference concerning the priorities of operation between
the boiler and the heat pump according to 4 levels:
The backup will only be active at the end of heating for very low air temperatures (<7° C)
The backup will only be active at the end of heating and ± earlier depending on the air
temperature The heat pump is active at the start of heating and ± later depending on the air temperature
The heat pump is active at the start of heating and for air temperatures > 10 ° C.
