Shuts off the Cutter Motor
o
Retracts Finger Guard.
 Second Press - Activates the Feed Cycle
o
Feeds Skirt Material for a preset amount of time (length ) and
blows air to present material for operator to ready next cycle.
o
Amount of material is set by a timer controlled by the digit
switches (Position 3-4) on the Main Controller front panel.
o
SKIRT FEED – SMALL YELLOW BUTTON

Feed a short piece of skirt cloth into the work area to load or start a new
operation. Feeds while button is pressed.
o
FEEDER ROLLER CLOSED / OPEN

CLOSED - The Feeder Roller are pinched together, trapping the skirt material for
a controlled feed during normal operation.

OPEN – Opens / separates the Feeder Roller to facilitate load of skirt material.
o
SKIRT TENSION ON / OFF

ON – Brings the back pressure roller in contact with the roll to provide a
stretching effect on the skirt material.

OFF – retracts the back pressure roller to facilitate load of skirt material.
o
SKIRT ROLL DOWN / UP

DOWN – Brings the Skirt Roll down the inclined ramp for normal operation.

UP – Moves the roll positioning system to the left and slide the roll up the
inclined ramp to facilitate load of skirt material.
o
SEW IN/OUT

IN – moves the Sewing Head to the left for normal operation
 OUT – move the head to the right to facilitate threading and cleaning.
