5.2.2.3 Object 0x1018: Identity
This read-only Object contains information about the connected EtherCAT device (in this case, the
ATI EtherCAT Axia sensor). The EtherCAT
®
Technology Group defines the structure of this Object,
and ATI defines the values for each ATI product. ATI can provide support to users who want to
change this field. Sometimes users may want to change this field so they can brand the ATI sensor
as part of their system.
